There has been a lot of protests going on in Iran in the recent days. And it is high time that the rest of the world takes note of it. In September 2022, Mahsa Amini, also known as Jina Amini, who was a 22 year old woman died in the custody of Iran's morality police. She was arrested for wearing her hijab in a improper way. After the death of Mahsa Amini, the country has completely erupted into violent protests that show little sign of stopping. There has been brutal crackdowns by the government of Iran. There has been hundreds of videos that were showing that the police have been beating protesters. Many of those who were being beaten were woman and teenagers. The police were using batons, tear gas and bullets ruthlessly into the crowds. What direction are the protests heading towards?
